Our partners

Co-supported by the MAMC+ and by the EPCC Cité du Design – ÉSAD Saint-Étienne, the galerie nationale du design is based on a partnership with four major cultural institutions: the National Center for Plastic Arts (CNAP), founding member, the Center Pompidou-Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MNAM), exceptional partner, the MADD Bordeaux and the Frac Grand Large — Hauts-de-France. With the MAMC+, all of these institutions retain an important part of design collections in France. Other institutions are called upon to join the project, according to projects and exhibitions.

The National Design Gallery develops a patronage policy, open to companies and economic actors sharing its values.

Our Ambassadors and Ambassadors

Beyond public institutions, the National Design Gallery is based on the commitment of around forty design professionals who carry the project in their networks, while accompanying the prospecting of patrons.

Created in 2023, this circle of ambassadors of the National Design Gallery brings together designers and prescribers from all the fields of design. Associated with the reflections carried out around the activities of this new cultural place, they support its development and contribute to the influence of its programming.

The plurality of their backgrounds and their points of view feeds the exchanges and allows the projects carried out by the National Design Gallery to account for the diversity and concrete impact of design in contemporary practices.
